If we make it simple and habitual, we set ourselves up for success! Here are my Top 4 morning tips to uplevel our health physically, energetically, mentally and emotionally.
DAILY HABIT 1: SLEEP & WAKE AT THE SAME TIME
Getting enough quality sleep is as essential to survival as food and water. We need it for concentration, memory, processing, responding quickly and it’s important for communication between neuronal nerve cells. Recent findings suggest that sleep plays an important role in removing toxins in your brain that build up while you are awake. During deep sleep, your body releases human growth hormone (HGH) which aids in cellular and tissue repair, muscle and bone growth and supports immunity. It also preps up for new learning. Keep a sleep journal and promise yourself you won't press snooze... also helpful to have your alarm clock far away from the bed so you’re forced to get up

Take your body weight, divide my 2. That's how many ounces of H2O you need a day. (ie: If I weigh 100lbs, I divide that by 2 = 50oz. of H2O/day!).
