MEDITATION ON BREATH
5 minutes

During this 5 minute breathing meditation, we focus on breath. This will calm your mind and relax your body. There is no right or wrong way to meditate. Whatever you experience during this meditation is right for you. Don’t try to make anything happen, just observe.

BODY SCAN MEDITATION
10 minutes

Calm your mind and relax your body with this simple 10 minute Body Scan. One of the quickest ways to BE HERE NOW is to anchor into your body. There is no right or wrong way to meditate so don't worry about doing it the "right way".
