FUSION CLASSES
Livestreams Mon, Wed, Fri @ 8:30 EST & On-Demand

This one hour class combines elements of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Strength Training. It’s designed to avoid plateau and keep you smiling!

Tone every muscle through simple choreography, dynamic moves, light weights, cardio intervals, balance and mat work. It’s different every single class so you’ll never get bored!

YOGA CLASSES
On-Demand in the Virtual Library.

Yoga classes are all-levels and modifications are offered for everyBODY. Each class has a different theme and focus.

I’ve been practicing Yoga for decades and teach you smart, effective ways to improve your strength, flexibilty and vitality. I’ll help you establish a regular practice that strengthens your mind, body, and spirit.

MEDITATION CLASSES
On-Demand in the Virtual Library.

A regular Meditation Practice can have a very positive impact on your mental health. Meditation reduces stress and helps you connect with yourself and others in a more empathetic, calm, and intentional way. It allows you to focus on your thoughts and feelings without any distractions and gain a better understanding of yourself.

Am I strong enough to do these classes?

Yes! Modifications are given for all levels, all ages, and everyone is welcome to participate. These classes are designed to increase your strength, improve your balance, increase flexibility and improve your posture. They will also challenge your brain (just a little bit)!

How does the membership work? Can I start my membership at any time ?

These classes are offered with a monthly membership.
You can join at any time and you can cancel at any time.

What equipment do I need?

For the Fusion class you will need:
- 2 sets of weights (one heavier set and one lighter set)
- Resistance tubing (preferably with handles)
- Circular resistance band
- Glider (a paper plate or a towel will do)
- Small pilates ball
- An exercise mat

For Yoga, you will need a mat, a block and a strap.
